1 · Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up, enter your e‑mail, choose a password, and verify via the confirmation link. You can also sign up with Google or Facebook.
How do I enroll in a course?
Open the course page and click Enroll / Buy Now. Free courses enroll instantly; paid courses redirect to the checkout where you can pay by card or PayPal.
Tecnical Requirements
Any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and at least 1.5 Mbps bandwidth. For live classes you’ll need a microphone and optionally a webcam.
2 · Learning Experience
How do I navigate the course player?
Lessons appear in a collapsible sidebar. Use Next to proceed or hit Resume on the dashboard to pick up where you left off.
Tip! A Dark Mode switch is available in the top‑right corner.
Can I download lesson resources?
Yes! Files marked as Downloadable are linked beneath the lesson video.
How do I record my pronunciation exercises?
Click Record inside the assignment. Allow access to your mic (and camera if required), record your answer, and click Submit.
How do quizzes work?
Each quiz may contain multiple‑choice, fill‑in‑the‑blank, ordering, or dictation tasks. Some quizzes have a timer or a limited number of attempts. You’ll see your score immediately after submission.
3 · Live Classes & Communication
How do I join a live session?
You’ll find a Join Live Class button on the lesson page 15 minutes before start. Live sessions open in a new tab (Zoom, Google Meet, or Jitsi).
How can I ask the teacher questions?
Use the Q&A tab inside the course player, post in the discussion board, or send a private message from the teacher’s profile.
4 · Progress & Certification
How do I track my progress?
Your dashboard shows percentage completed, time spent, quiz scores, and streak statistics.
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all required lessons and pass all mandatory quizzes. A Download Certificate button will appear on the course completion screen.
What are badges and points?
Badges reward milestones like ‘First Quiz 100 %’ or ‘7‑day streak’. Points accumulate toward the monthly leaderboard.
5 · Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is the refund policy?
Paid courses include a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. Request a refund via My Orders → Request Refund.

How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your e‑mail, and follow the instructions.
